these terms explain how the stillonce shop works and what we each agree to when you visit, create an account, or place an order. using the site means you accept the current version of these terms.

who we are

stillonce is operated by Stillonce, LLC, 2310 Vance Avenue, Suite 202, Chattanooga, TN 37404. questions about the shop or these terms can be sent to support@stillonce.com.

who may use the shop

you must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. if you are not old enough to do that yourself, a parent or legal guardian must place the order for you. the shop is intended for customers in the United States.

the week

a weekly piece is available from monday at 12:01 am through sunday at 11:59 pm eastern time, unless it sells out first. after that window, the same word, drawing, garment, and color combination will not be made again.

joining the list or asking to hear about a week does not reserve a piece. inventory is held only during an active checkout, and an order is complete only after payment succeeds.

product details and natural variation

we try to describe every garment, color, measurement, word, and drawing accurately. screens display color differently, garment measurements can vary slightly, and placement may carry the small differences that come with a limited production run.

photographs and descriptions help you choose, but they are not a promise that every screen or garment will look identical. your legal rights still apply if a piece is defective or materially different from what we described.

inventory

the quantity shown is the number available to the shop at that time. another customer may complete payment first, and a technical or inventory error may occasionally make a piece appear available when it is not.

if we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will write you and refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

orders and payment

you may check out as a guest. a working email and complete United States shipping address are required. prices are in US dollars. the price shown is the total stillonce charges. standard United States shipping and any applicable sales tax are included. nothing is added at checkout.

Stripe processes payment. stillonce does not store your full card number. submitting payment is an offer to buy the items shown in your checkout. we accept that offer when payment succeeds and we confirm the order.

we may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, an obvious price or description error, suspected fraud, an unsafe or undeliverable address, resale activity, or another reasonable shop concern. if we cancel after charging you, we refund the amount we charged for the canceled items.

specials

sometimes a small extra appears with the weekly piece. a special is optional and follows the same payment, shipping, and return rules unless its page clearly states a different condition before purchase.

personal use

stillonce is meant for the person who chooses it. buying from the shop is for personal use, not commercial resale. we may limit quantities or refuse future orders when activity reasonably appears connected to resale, fraud, or misuse.

we do not control a piece after the first buyer transfers it and are not responsible for the authenticity, condition, pricing, or disputes connected to a later sale.

accounts

an account is optional. if you create one, keep the information accurate and protect access to it. tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account.

we may restrict or close an account used to harm the site, break these terms, commit fraud, interfere with another customer, or place orders for commercial resale. closing an account does not remove rights or duties connected to an existing order.

acceptable use

please do not use the site for fraud, unlawful activity, or harm; give a false identity, payment method, or shipping address; interfere with security, access controls, or site availability; scrape, copy, or overload the site through automated requests; upload malicious code or try to reach data that is not yours; or copy our words, drawings, photography, or mark for another shop.

the work that stays ours

the stillonce name, wordmark, site, writing, photography, weekly lettering, and drawings belong to stillonce or the people who licensed them to us. buying a garment lets you own and wear that physical piece. it does not transfer the right to reproduce, sell, alter, publish, or use the creative work as a brand or product.

services provided by other companies

parts of the shop depend on services such as Clerk, Convex, Stripe, Postmark, Vercel, Cloudflare, and shipping carriers. their own terms and privacy practices apply to the work they perform. a link to another site does not mean we control or endorse everything there.

shipping, returns, and cancellations

the price shown is the total stillonce charges. standard United States shipping and any applicable sales tax are included. nothing is added at checkout. weekly orders are scheduled to leave on the monday after the week closes. complete details live on our shipping page.

request a return within seven calendar days of confirmed delivery, then give the approved package to the carrier within seven calendar days. ordinary return postage is paid by the customer. stillonce pays when a piece is damaged, defective, or incorrect. eligibility, timing, refunds, and exchange limits are explained on our returns page.

an order can be canceled before it is prepared for shipping if we can reach it in time. after that point, the return policy applies. if we cannot ship when promised, you may accept a revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

site availability and errors

we work to keep the site accurate and available, but access may pause for maintenance, provider interruptions, security, or events outside our reasonable control. we may correct a technical, typographical, inventory, pricing, or description error when we find it.

warranties

the site is provided as available. to the extent the law allows, we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every technical error will be corrected immediately. we do not exclude any product warranty, consumer protection, or other right that the law does not allow us to exclude.

limits on responsibility

to the extent the law allows, stillonce is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss connected to the site or an order. our total responsibility for a claim connected to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

some places do not allow particular exclusions or limits. when that is true, this section applies only as far as the law permits. nothing here limits responsibility that cannot legally be limited.

events outside our control

we are not responsible for delay caused by events we could not reasonably prevent, such as severe weather, natural disaster, labor disruption, carrier interruption, government action, power failure, or a broad provider outage. we will still communicate with you and follow any cancellation or refund rights required by law.

changes to these terms

we may update these terms as the shop changes. the date above shows the current version. a material change applies going forward and does not take away rights attached to an order already accepted.

complete agreement and severability

these terms, together with the policies linked here and the details shown at checkout, form the agreement between you and stillonce for use of the shop. if one part cannot be enforced, the remaining parts continue. a delay in enforcing a term is not a permanent waiver of it.

governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, without using rules that would select another state's law. a court matter may be brought in the state or federal courts serving Hamilton County, Tennessee, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.
