how the week works
a new word arrives every monday morning and leaves sunday at 11:59 pm eastern. each week brings one garment, with the quantity fixed before it opens. when the week ends, that word, drawing, and color are finished.
when an order ships
orders from a week leave together on the monday after it ends. the price shown is the total stillonce charges. standard United States shipping and any applicable sales tax are included. nothing is added at checkout. tracking appears in your order and arrives by email after the label is confirmed.
what if it does not fit
write within seven calendar days of delivery to request a return, then give the approved package to the carrier within seven calendar days. compare the measurements before choosing because another size may not be available later.
will a week ever return
no. the archive holds every week that has left so it can be remembered, not purchased again.
do you ship outside the united states
