the price shown is the total stillonce charges. standard United States shipping and any applicable sales tax are included. nothing is added at checkout.

we do not ship internationally yet, because we want to do it properly when we do.

when it leaves

paid orders from a week ship together on the monday after that week ends. a week closes sunday at 11:59 pm eastern time, and we prepare those pieces for the carrier the following monday.

specials ordered with that week leave on the same monday, unless a special's own page says otherwise.

where we ship

we ship to complete residential, business, and PO box addresses within the United States. we do not currently ship to freight forwarders or addresses outside the United States.

your address

check the name, street, apartment, city, state, and postal code before you pay. if you notice a mistake, write support@stillonce.com as soon as you can. we can change an address only before the shipping label is made.

if a package comes back because the address was incomplete or wrong, we will write you. you may need to pay the cost of sending it again.

after it leaves

when tracking is available, we send it to the email on the order. carrier arrival dates are estimates, and weather, holidays, or local conditions can slow a package after it leaves us.

if tracking stalls, says delivered when nothing is there, or shows damage, write support@stillonce.com. we will help check the address, work with the carrier, and make a fair decision once the investigation is complete.

if we are delayed

if we cannot ship when we promised, we will write with a revised date. you may accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund to the original payment method.

what we will not send

we may cancel an order connected to fraud, an unsafe or undeliverable address, a freight forwarder, or resale activity. if we cancel after payment, we refund the amount we charged.

returns

for returns, exchanges, or a piece that arrives damaged, read the return policy.
