how stillonce handles personal information.

we collect only what helps us run the shop, care for an order, and write when you have asked to hear from us. this page explains what we keep, why we keep it, and the choices you have.
information you give us
your email when you join the list, sign in, or place an order. your preferred size when you choose to share it. your name and account details when you create an account. your order and shipping details, including the pieces you chose, delivery address, amount paid, and order status. messages and photographs you send to support@stillonce.com.
Stripe handles payment card details. we receive payment references, status, and transaction amounts, but we do not store your full card number.
information collected when the site works
the services that keep the site available and secure may receive technical information such as your internet address, browser, device, request time, pages requested, and security signals. we use that information to deliver the site, prevent misuse, and understand a technical problem when one occurs.
how we use information
to create and protect an account. to hold inventory, take payment, and confirm an order. to pack, ship, return, exchange, or refund a piece. to answer a message and provide customer care. to send the week updates you asked to receive. to protect the shop, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
when you join the list, we may write about an upcoming week, its opening, and its final day. asking to hear about a particular week does not reserve a piece.
every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. you can also write support@stillonce.com, and we will remove you from the list. you may still receive receipts, shipping updates, return messages, and other notes about an order you already placed.
who helps us
we share information only with services that help us do the work described here, or when the law requires it. those services include Clerk for sign in and account identity, Convex for shop, subscriber, account, and order records, Stripe for payment and fraud prevention, Postmark for list and order email, Vercel for the site, Cloudflare R2 for public media, shipping carriers for delivery and tracking, and professional advisers when accounting or legal work requires it.
each service receives information needed for its part of the work and handles it under its own terms and privacy practices.
we do not sell your information
we do not sell your personal information, rent the email list, or share personal information for targeted advertising. if those practices ever change, this page and the choices available to you will change before the new practice begins.
how long we keep it
we keep information only as long as it serves the reason it was collected. list information stays until you leave the list. account information stays while the account is open. order and payment records may stay longer for returns, taxes, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and other legal obligations.
security
we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for the information in our care. no internet service can promise perfect security, but we limit what we collect and use established providers for identity, data, payment, email, and hosting.
your information and choices
you may ask what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing support@stillonce.com. we may need to verify your identity before completing a request. depending on where you live, the law may give you additional rights.
we may keep information that is needed to complete an order, protect the shop, resolve a dispute, or meet tax, accounting, and other legal duties. we will explain when that limits a request.
where information is handled
stillonce is based in the United States. our providers may process information in the United States and other places where they operate, subject to the protections required by their agreements and the law.
children
stillonce is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. if you believe a child has given us personal information, write us and we will review and remove it when appropriate.
legal requests and business changes
we may disclose information when required by law, to protect a person or the shop, or to investigate fraud or misuse. if stillonce is ever reorganized, sold, or transferred, relevant information may move with the business under the promises made on this page.
changes to this page
when this page changes, we update the date above. if a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide notice appropriate to the change before it takes effect.
